  • IT and digital-banking posts: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication, OR MCA (3-year full-time), OR M.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • Law Officer: Graduate in Law (LLB) from a recognized University.
  • Fire Officer: B.E. (Fire Engineering) from the National Fire Service College, Nagpur, or an equivalent recognized Fire/Safety Engineering degree, or a B.Sc. plus GIFE from the Institution of Fire Engineers.
  • Security Officer: Graduate from a recognized University with a computer course certification of at least three months, or IT as a subject at the graduation level.
  • Civil Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Information Security roles (across scales): B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in a relevant stream or MCA/Masters with specialization in IT/Information Security/Cyber Security, along with a mandatory certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSP or CDPSE, depending on the post.
