12th pass with Science + 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institution + registration under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 + minimum 1 year experience as Pharmacist in a 100 bedded hospital.
ASI (Operation Theatre Technician)
12th pass from a recognised board + Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology from a recognised institute + relevant experience as OT Technician/Assistant in a recognised hospital.
ASI (Dental Technician)
12th pass with Science + Diploma/Certificate in Dental Technician/Mechanic course from a recognised institute + relevant experience in dental lab/department of a recognised hospital as per notification.
