Age Relaxation
- SC/ST (against reserved positions): up to 5 years

Experience Requirement
Post-qualification, in-line executive experience is mandatory and varies by post, ranging from 1 year (E-1 posts) up to 18 years (Chief Manager, E-6). Experience must be after acquiring the essential educational qualification. Management Trainee/GET experience is counted only if regularized in the same organisation. Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and experience gained on contract basis through empanelled agencies are not counted as post-qualification experience.

The essential qualification must be full-time, regular, with a minimum of 60% marks (except for CA/CMA); qualifications through part-time, correspondence, distance, online or evening mode are not accepted. Candidates awaiting final-year/semester results as on the cut-off date are not eligible. RFCL’s decision on the equivalence and admissibility of a qualification is final and binding.

RFCL states it offers one of the best pay packages in the fertilizer industry. Pay scales are on the 2017 IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) pattern.

In addition to Basic Pay, selected candidates receive Industrial Dearness Allowance, other allowances (35% of Basic Pay), Company accommodation/HRA, Earned Leave and encashment, Medical Facilities, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Personal Accident Insurance, a Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS) and Performance Related Pay. A Non-Practicing Allowance of 20% of Basic Pay is additionally payable to Additional CMO/CMO.
RFCL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- Scrutiny of online applications and submitted documents; eligible candidates are provisionally shortlisted for a Personal Interview.
- If a very large number of applications are received, RFCL may conduct a Computer-Based Test (in Delhi-NCR and/or other cities) to shortlist candidates for interview.
