Manager – Cyber Security (MMGS-II) — 10 Posts
Educational Qualification: Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electronics/ECE or an equivalent discipline (minimum 50% marks), OR MCA, OR M.Tech/M.Sc. in the above disciplines (minimum 50% marks). An advanced degree in Cyber Security or IT is preferred.
Mandatory Certification: At least one valid certification from the OffSec, GIAC, Practical DevSecOps or SANS list specified in the official advertisement is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification hands-on experience in offensive cyber security, including Red Team operations, AI Red Teaming, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.

Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates for both posts will be placed in MMGS-II with the following pay scale:
₹64,820 – 2,340/1 – ₹67,160 – 2,680/10 – ₹93,960 per month (Basic Pay)
This means the starting basic pay is ₹64,820, followed by one annual increment of ₹2,340, then ten increments of ₹2,680 each, reaching a maximum basic pay of ₹93,960.
