Reservation is applicable as per prevailing Government of India norms, and reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) is on a horizontal basis for Hearing Impairment (HI).

Eligibility Criteria

Age and educational qualification are reckoned as on 31 August 2026 for both posts.

Educational Qualification (Both Posts)

Graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) in a 3-year full-time course, along with a Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) with specialisation in Finance, International Business or Foreign Trade — the PG course must be a minimum 2-year full-time programme with at least 50% aggregate marks. Alternatively, candidates who have cleared the Chartered Accountancy (CA) professional examination and hold current ICAI membership are also eligible.

Candidates whose mark sheets show CGPA instead of percentage must submit a conversion certificate from their institute if the equivalent percentage is not already printed on the mark sheet. The qualifying university/institute must be recognised by the Government, AICTE or UGC. Degrees obtained through correspondence, part-time, open university, external or e-learning modes are not accepted.

Post-wise Eligibility

Deputy Manager (Grade/Scale JM I) – Banking Operations (6 posts)

In addition to the qualification above, candidates need a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification (post-graduation or CA) work experience, as on 31 August 2026, in a reputed commercial bank, financial institution or state-level term lending institution. The experience should involve project finance, credit appraisal, term lending, analysis of cross-border risks, and financing of overseas joint ventures.

Manager (Grade/Scale MM II) – Internal Audit (2 posts)

Candidates need a minimum of 3 years of experience (at Scale I or equivalent) in a scheduled commercial bank, an all-India financial institution or another organisation of repute, specifically in internal audit or credit audit. This should cover preparation and submission of internal/concurrent audit reports, audit compliance and analysis, timely submission of audit observations to the audit committee, review of audit scope, systems, procedures and controls, and experience of dealing with RBI on audit/inspection matters.

Both posts additionally require good communication skills and computer/IT proficiency, as stated in the notification.

Besides basic pay, selected candidates are entitled to allowances and perquisites applicable to their grade, including residential/leased accommodation (subject to availability) and loan facilities for housing, vehicle and children’s education, as per the Bank’s rules in force at the time of joining.

There is no sectional cut-off; shortlisting for interview is based on overall written test performance. In the final merit list, the Written Test and Interview are combined in a 70:30 weightage. Candidates from reserved categories who wish to attend a pre-recruitment training can indicate this while filling the online application.
